Carmelo Anthony is a superstar, but it seems like he has to carry the offense himself some nights. Will the Nuggets try to acquire another scorer in the near future?

Currently you are the 6th seed, do you see the Nuggets as a serious contender this season?

We'll see what we can find but might be forced to wait until the offseason to add another real scoring threat. We're over .500 so it's not like we can just trade a pick for a solid 20ppg scorer or something. Harris has been scoring well in our very fast offense so atleast we have a legit 2nd option right now.

What are you trying to accomplish with the Nuggets being a new GM? Will we see a star big man in a Nuggets jersey in the near future?

Tibor "The Hammer" Pleiss has had an up and down season so far. Do you believe he is a starter for years to come, or an eventual role player?

B defense at age 20 looks pretty promising to me. Happy about him making the rookie game. There's been lots of interest so far from teams looking to acquire him but I have no interest in shipping out the Tib-Show at this point.

Still not 100% sure what I'm trying to accomplish, it could go a few ways from here. When I joined we had 5 players on the roster so I thought I would just add some minimum contracts and tank it up. Then we went 4-0. Then Melo got hurt. Then Melo got hurt again. So for now I'm just waiting for Melo to come back, shopping some trades around, and seeing what happens.

There's rumors that Melo may be moved. What would you need in order to actually move him?

Hey Springs, you're a new GM in this league: how would you grade your first season thus far?

Hey Springs, you're a new GM in this league: how would you grade your first season thus far? I would give it a 2/10. - got screwed out of Brandon Roy by Flip, woulda been awesome to build around Roy on that 5 year contract. - Melo has been injured 3 times - my box scores all glitched out and changed, so it looks like I cheated in my bank thread even though I didn't But having said that I do like the league and look forward to the offseason. The live sims are awesome.

having missed the postseason, all sorts of uncertainty surrounds this team with Melo and Harris being free agents the summer after this one, how do you plan on making this team better and do you think you could retain both Harris and Melo if you were put in a position to do so?

I do believe we'll be good enough that they'll want to come back considering we went 42-40 with Melo missing 27 games and being 22 mil under the cap. Bird rights on both (assuming this league uses 3 yrs?) so we shouldn't have a problem signing them back. I don't see myself having both of them on the squad by that time though. To get better I'm going to look to sign some FAs and look for deal this offseason and throughout the year.

Do you think Harris is more fit for the shooting guard then the point guard position?

Do you think Harris is more fit for the shooting guard then the point guard position? 9. Yeah I do. He would be a nice fit on a few teams.. I'll definitely look to move him before the start of next season to someone that needs some scoring.

Can your team make a deep playoff run despite being a team that was labeled as a sure tank 10. Not sure about a deep run but probably the second round. We run people out of the building at home so there's always a chance of hitting the WCF with a bit of luck. The tank was called off before the season since we got stuck with Harris. Borchardt was added to our team without signing him too so either way they weren't letting us tank this year.

Could you make some sort of clear count when you answer? Makes it a LOT easier on me...--------------------------------------------------- The Nugz have really turned this season around - what's been the key? 11. The kid Aminu has filled in for Melo and has shot the ball at a 49% clip, good for 7th in the league right now. We get to the free throw line and run people out of the building with our young legs. We're starting a 7'1 PF and 7'0 C so the size helps.

What has lead to the success of the nuggets post the Melo era? 12. Ball movement. Whoever has it going that night will put up shots. Plus we've got great athleticism which leads to alot of free throws with our very fast / inside style. The few threes we do take are high percentage looks which is why our guys are shooting the 3 at a good clip this season.

How do you evaluate Aminu, Kemba, and Vucevic thus far? Aminu is a beast, love what he brings Kemba will make a great tank commander the next 2 years which I'm looking forward to Vucevic is a mystery, sent him to the d league. he's 7'0 250 and can rebound so im sure we can find a use for him once he develops #13
