What are your team expectations for this up coming season ? 1. My expectations for this upcoming season is to retool. There are some parts of the team I want to change up a bit and improve my situation. For example, Baron Davis does not fit this team in my opinion so he will be on the market. I expect to have the SuperSonics ready to compete by next season and out of the lottery. Expect every player except Chris Bosh to be in trade rumors. |

Do you think your team can win more games then last season? What will be KD's stat line 2. It would be really hard to not win more than 37 games with an improved Bosh. I think it is possible if I decide to keep the talent we have on the roster. Hopefully I can get a deal done soon to definitely guarantee a 40+ win team. I also expect to see Durant's stat line to look about the same as last season. |

Can the Sonics win enough to make the playoffs in what should be a very competitive West? 4. Still familiarizing myself with the league, but from the looks of it i feel like my team should be able to slip in. We have two stars in Bosh and Durant surrounded with some nice role players. |

After the Pre-season, what are your early thoughts on this team? 5. After preseason i realized that some moves need to be done. I feel like if i fix up the DC we will be able to maybe sneak into the playoffs, however i definitely want to try and make a trade or two and build a good roster around Durant and Bosh. |

The NBA is a business and its tough at times. It would be disappointing to lose such a great person and player, but as GM I have to put relationships to the side and do what is best for the team and if that means trading Kevin then I will do it. But nothing is set in stone, Kevin may not get traded and the organization would be more than happy to have him on the roster. |

Who's the primary key guy on your roster? 7. Christopher Bosh aka the dinosaur... after a great offseason, Bosh is playing outstanding this season and is the reason we are off to the good start. Bosh is our go to guy this season and is a huge part of the team. |

I would like to be able to take responsibility for his improvements, but no I don't think my trade attempts motivated him. Kevin kept focused on the game and not what was going on around him, and he finally got in his groove. He is a great young player and will be very hard to contain this season. |

Are you worried that Bogut has been inefficient on offense this season shooting only .362 from the floor? Does his defense and rebounding make up for it in your opinion?

It is early in the season so his low percentages will improve, just off to a slow start. Andrew is also not on the court to be a scorer, we pay other players to do that. Andrew is on the court to play defense down low and get rebounds. If you look at the team statistics we are among the top in rebound per game allowed as well as leading the league in 3 point shots attempted against us (I like to believe that has something to do with Andrew inside the paint). |

What do you think KD needs to do to get better and become a more established scorer? 11. Kevin is still young and i expect him to still improve on his own. However, since we tested the market and didn't find a deal to trade him away, we plan on putting him through some intense camping sessions to try and improve his abilities. |

Are you surprised with Chris Bosh's numbers thus far? 12. No not really. With a new system of basketball(Mine), plus his huge jump that he made in the TC over the offseason, I knew he would be playing on a whole new level this season. I don't expect his numbers to drop either. Watch out world. |

Do you expect more from Andrew Bogut right now? 13. Andrew is doing what we expect from him, rebound and play defense. We don't expect him to be a big time scorer, nor do we want him to be that is not his role for this team. |
